Rules and Conditions for the 888Starz Affiliate Program
Agreement Overview
This Agreement governs your participation as an “Affiliate” in the 888Starz Affiliate Program. By agreeing to these terms, you accept the rules and guidelines outlined below, including any amendments made by the Affiliate Program at its discretion.
Key Terminology
- Client: Refers to the customer utilizing the Affiliate Program’s services.
- Offer: Represents the terms, conditions, and cooperation opportunities available within the Affiliate Program, including specifics related to commissions and promotional activities.

- Sub-Affiliate: Any third party recruited by the Affiliate to promote Offers, subject to approval by the Affiliate Program.
Guidelines for Participation
Affiliates are permitted to participate in the 888Starz Affiliate Program under the following terms:
- Account Access and Security: Each Affiliate will receive unique login credentials (username and password) for accessing the Affiliate Program Website. These credentials must not be shared or transferred to third parties and are to be used solely by the registered Affiliate.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction if higher.
- Affiliates may hire Sub-Affiliates only with the written consent of the Affiliate Program. Sub-Affiliates must adhere to the Agreement, and the Affiliate is liable for any breaches committed by them.
- Accuracy of Registration Information:
- The Affiliate Program reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration. If inaccuracies are identified, the program may restrict access to the account or withhold payments.
Affiliate Obligations and Rights
- Approved Advertising Materials: Affiliates must use only the banners, logos, and other creative assets provided or approved by the Affiliate Program. Custom materials may only be used with explicit written permission.
- Website Management: Affiliates are fully responsible for the technical functioning, content accuracy, and compliance of their websites. This includes ensuring that their website content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties or violate any laws.
- Trademark Use: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Affiliate Program’s trademarks strictly for promotional purposes. This license cannot be sublicensed or assigned.
Offers and Commissions
- Offer Details: Affiliates may download and publish Offers on their platforms, provided they adhere to the Affiliate Program’s policies. Offers may include terms for calculating commissions, payment structures, and cooperation formats.
- Commission Payments:
- Commissions are calculated based on traffic quality and volume and paid monthly or weekly (NET-7 or NET-30).
- A minimum payout threshold of $100 applies, and commissions are only paid if the Affiliate generates three active players during the billing period.
- Payments may be delayed if the Affiliate fails to provide accurate account details or other required information.
- Commissions for certain countries (e.g., Somalia, Bangladesh, Egypt, and Uzbekistan) are capped at a maximum Revenue Share of 25%.
Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Engaging in fraudulent practices, such as generating leads through unauthorized mechanisms.
- Advertising the Affiliate Program via email spam, unapproved contextual ads, or ClickUnder/PopUnder ads.
- Publishing misleading, defamatory, or otherwise illegal content related to the Affiliate Program or its offers.
Failure to comply with these prohibitions may result in account suspension, cancellation of commissions, and termination of participation in the program.
Termination of Cooperation
- The Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time with six (6) hours’ notice. Affiliates may terminate their participation with forty-eight (48) hours’ notice.
- Upon termination, Affiliates must remove all promotional materials and disable links to the Affiliate Program. Any remaining Confidential Information must be returned to the Affiliate Program.
Confidentiality
The Affiliate acknowledges that all information shared by the Affiliate Program, including business strategies, marketing plans, and other non-public details, is considered Confidential Information. Affiliates agree to:
- Use Confidential Information solely for purposes related to the Affiliate Program.
- Refrain from disclosing Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent.
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.
Legal Obligations and Indemnity
- Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction and those of the Affiliate Program.
- Indemnity: Affiliates agree to indemnify the Affiliate Program against any claims, losses, or damages arising from breaches of this Agreement or any activities related to their participation in the program.
General Provisions
- Modification of Terms: The Affiliate Program reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at its discretion. Affiliates are responsible for staying informed of any changes by reviewing the Agreement periodically.
- Governing Language: This Agreement is available in English and Russian. In case of discrepancies, the English version will prevail.
